The opportunity: As a Logistics Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing logistics documentation services to facilitate successful delivery services within established processes and requirements. Your main tasks will include creating SAP inbound delivery notes, ensuring correspondence between transport documentation, Purchase Orders, and Inbound Delivery Notes in SAP, and building strong relationships with Hitachi Energy factories, purchasing & logistics teams, and direct-material suppliers. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying and proposing enhancements to optimize efficiency. It will be your responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines while upholding Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity. Your background: To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree and have more than 5 years of experience in Logistics/Purchasing. Advanced knowledge of SAP Logistics/Purchasing Module and Excel is essential, along with familiarity with Incoterms, transport terminology, and rules. Your ability to drive process improvements, along with organized, structured, and systematic work habits, will be crucial. Strong team player with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, openness to changes and new ideas, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment are also key attributes for this position. Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required, and demonstrated ability to actively manage priorities under pressure will be advantageous.
