Transport Coordinator (Returns and collection)

Job Role and Responsibilities:

Track van and teams to ensure collections and returns are completed in timelymanners. Managing a centralized email inbox of Collections and Returns.

Outbound call -Calling the drivers to ensure correct number of parts collected in real -time. Handling Inbound call of drivers - to assist with location issue, delay at collectionsite. Planning collection and returns by looking at the CBM and Weight. Ensure Proof of Delivery (POD) are signed, and photos are taken in PDA.

Coordinate with clients for collections and returns. Populate Google Sheets with details of all tasks completed. Escalate collection issues if any to line manager.Job Requirements: Proficient in English, written and oral communication both. Should be able to work in cohesive and fast paced environment. Should be able to work independently as and when required.

Good understanding of UK geography - would be an advantage. Well versed with Excel, Google sheets and maps (locations)

Shift Time: Rotational UK ShiftsDays of working: 6 Days during probation and 5.5 (alternate weekends working) postprobation.Holidays: Only UK Bank Holiday
