You should have a proven track record of delivering highly scalable and performant solutions using modern technologies like Micro-services, NoSQL, SQL, and Event Stream Processing. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is essential, and your proficiency with scripting, compiled, and transpiled languages will be highly valued. With over 10 years of experience in application development, including at least 4 years as an architect of cloud native solutions, you are expected to bring a wealth of knowledge to the team. Your effective communication skills and ability to motivate team members are crucial for the success of the projects you will lead. Desired qualifications include AWS or GCP certification and familiarity with Kafka.
