As an experienced translator, your primary role at DISHA will involve translating motivational/personal growth books into target languages with accuracy and cultural relevance. You will be responsible for adapting expressions/idioms to suit regional audiences while preserving essence and tone. Additionally, you will review, edit, and proofread translations to ensure high-quality, error-free content. Collaboration with the editorial team for refinement and timely delivery will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Your qualifications should include a minimum of 10 years of experience in similar projects, with proven expertise in book translations, particularly in the motivational/self-help genre. A strong command of both Hindi (source language) and the target language is essential. Experience with published translation work or working with publishers/authors is preferred. You must have translated a minimum of five books to be considered for this role.
