The Topic Advisory team, a specialized sales advisory service within the Strategy & Consulting Global Network, focuses on Accenture's key business offerings. We offer expertise in market positioning strategies to secure work effectively. By collaborating with offering leadership, we provide market insights, personalized sales messages, and tailored sales assets to facilitate the sales process. We are seeking an experienced Consultant or Manager who can engage effectively with senior Accenture stakeholders. You should possess executive presence and in-depth knowledge of various Technology Strategy & Advisory solutions. Your experience should include leading or supporting projects in Technology Strategy, Transformation Excellence, Cloud Strategy, Data & AI, Technology Value Management, Tech M&A, Enterprise Architecture & Digital Core, and Tech Operating Model & Talent. As a Topic Advisory Consultant or Manager, you will deliver personalized sales support to our TS&A teams in collaboration with the TS&A Topic Advisory Lead for the Market. Your responsibilities will encompass: Planning and Origination: - Assist in annual planning to define sales targets, target clients, and enhance sales assets. - Conduct ongoing research to identify prospective clients for the next 6-12 months. - Lead sales and pipeline reviews with leaders. - Prepare for and support initial client conversations. Proposals / Orals: - Define proposal response requirements and optimal sales messaging strategies. - Provide up-to-date industry insights and content for each opportunity. - Contribute to shaping the overall solution to align with deal requirements. - Prepare for and support sales presentations with innovative selling techniques to differentiate Accenture. Content Management / Continuous Improvement: - Develop go-to-market strategies and assets. - Manage a global repository of sales assets. - Review past projects to identify areas for improvement. - Stay informed through training, research, client interactions, and feedback sessions. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree. - 3+ years of experience in the Tech Strategy & Advisory domain. - 3+ years in sales or consulting at a leading consulting firm. - Fluency in English (both oral and written). - Availability to align with the working hours of the supported region. - Reliable internet connection and a conducive work environment as per local guidelines. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in Sales and Business Development.
