Transcription / Translation / Subtitling Executive

Aiun IT Labs LLP is looking for skilled language professionals for Transcription, Translation, and Subtitling projects. This is a strictly office-based role and candidates must be willing to work from our Visakhapatnam office.

Responsibilities

Transcription

• Convert audio and video files into accurate written text
• Maintain high accuracy and proper formatting
• Follow client guidelines and timelines

Translation

• Translate content between English and Indian languages (Telugu / Hindi / Kannada / Tamil / Marathi – any)
• Ensure meaning, tone, and context are preserved
• Proofread translated content

Subtitling

• Create and edit subtitles with proper time-coding
• Ensure subtitle synchronization, readability, and language accuracy
• Follow subtitle style guides

Requirements

• Any graduate (Language / Arts / Media preferred)
• Good command over English and at least one Indian language
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, typing skills)
• Attention to detail and language accuracy
• Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
• Experience in transcription/translation/subtitling is an added advantage

No Remote / No Work From Home

Office-Based Only

Working Hours

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
