Note: Freshers are Eligible for the job Key responsibilities : Tracking & monitoring different Projects assigned and working in-line to meet the targets given Coordinating with Franchisees & internal teams for identifying the cause behind all the cases assigned Perform initial troubleshooting of ATM/Site/Fund/Billing/etc. related issues, utilizing available tools and resources Tracking & Resolving the cases with continuous follow up & escalations required Maintain clear and concise communication with internal teams & external stake holders Maintain accurate records of the work done & status while documenting everything Skills required: Understanding of ATM set up & their working Ability to diagnose and resolve any technical or non-technical issues independently and collaboratively Hands-on MS Excel and ability to analyze & identify trends/outliers Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stake holders Previous experience in ATM Operations, network monitoring, or IT support would be preferred
