Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Safety & Compliance Manager to oversee all safety programs, driver compliance, and regulatory adherence across our fleet. Key Responsibilities Monitor and enforce safety policies across all drivers and operations Review and manage Hours of Service (HOS), ELD logs, and driver violations Coordinate vehicle inspections, maintenance records, and safety certifications Conduct driver training sessions and onboard new drivers Manage accident/incident investigations and claims Ensure compliance with CVOR, DOT, C-TPAT, NSC, and insurance regulations Prepare and assist with audits and safety reports Maintain up-to-date files on drivers and equipment Qualifications 2+ years in trucking safety or transportation compliance Strong knowledge of Canadian and U.S. transportation laws and regulations Experience using ELD platforms (e.g., Motive/Samsara/Geotab) Strong communication and reporting skills Able to work independently and manage deadlines Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹22,890.15 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement
