Candidate Criteria

• Age: 18 to 35 years

• Qualification: 5th to 12th Standard, ITI (Electrical & Fitter)

• Documents Required: Aadhaar Card, Marksheet, PAN Card, Bank Passbook, Passport Size photo (should match)

• Job Type: Rotational shifts (shift changes every 1 month)

Shift Timings

• 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM

• 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM

• 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM

• 8 hours shift (Night Allowance, ₹60 per Night)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹12,649 (net take home)

• Salary Date: 7th to 10th of every month

• Attendance Bonus: Based on 26 days presence

• Free Transportation (Hostel to Company)

• Free food for the first 1 months free

- After 1 month: Meal cost applies

▪ Lunch: ₹19.50 per meal

▪ Dinner: ₹35 per meal

• 4 days weekly off per month

Travel Support

• When candidate comes to work, sleeper coach ticket expense is given.

• After completing 45 days of job, they will get travel money for outside candidate within 100km far from plant

• For travel allowance candidate should submit there adhar card and travel tickets with us
