Your role will involve imparting sound knowledge in Mechanical and automobile subjects, aligning with the syllabus. You should possess the ability to connect with students, provide guidance, and stay updated with industrial practices on the shop-floor. To excel in this role, you must have a B.Tech or BE degree in Mechanical/Automobile engineering with relevant experience in Production, Training/Teaching, or as a trainer for vocational courses in industrial collaboration. Additionally, a Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile engineering with proficiency in Production or Training/Teaching is also accepted. Your primary skills should include fluency in Hindi, effective communication, mentoring capabilities, and a positive demeanor.
