As a Training Officer (Electronics & Communication) for an Automobile company in Pune, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and upkeep all lab equipment and accessories in the assigned lab. This includes ensuring timely calibrations of lab equipment as per the schedule through coordination with the Maintenance In-charge of the Centre. Additionally, you will be tasked with evaluating and rating the efficiency of lab exercises conducted by the trainees. A key aspect of your role will be to ensure good housekeeping (5s) in the assigned lab and the allotted areas. You will also serve as the coordinator for the section quality circle, playing a crucial role in maintaining quality standards within the lab environment. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience in a similar role. A background in Electrical or Electronics & Communication engineering, with a B.E. or Diploma qualification, is essential for this position.
