Training Executive

Qualification:

We are looking for a Trainer Executive with hands-on experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or API manufacturing to train plant personnel in safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver technical, safety, and operational training for production, operations, maintenance, and utility teams.
• Conduct employee induction, shop-floor training, and on-the-job training (OJT).
• Train employees on chemical processes, plant equipment, SOPs, process safety, PPE, PTW, LOTO, and emergency response.
• Prepare training materials, competency assessments, and operator certification programs.
• Maintain training records, competency matrices, and training effectiveness reports.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify skill gaps and conduct refresher training based on incidents, audits, and process changes.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of chemical plant operations and unit processes.
• Hands-on experience with reactors, distillation, centrifuges, dryers, and other plant equipment.
• Knowledge of process safety, SOPs, HAZOP, PTW, and LOTO.
• Good communication, presentation, and practical training skills.
• Ability to train shop-floor operators and contract workers.
