Location: Bangalore Experience: 7+ Years Job Summary: The Training Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. This role involves assessing training needs, designing educational materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals. A - Key Responsibilities: 1 - Training Needs Assessment: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and skill gaps within the organization. 2 - Scheduling and Coordination: Create and manage training schedules, ensuring all logistical aspects are covered, including venue arrangements and equipment setup. 3 - Delivery of Training: Facilitate training sessions using various methods (e.g., classroom instruction, e-learning, on-the-job training) to engage participants effectively. 4 - Evaluation and Reporting: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics; prepare reports for management on training outcomes. 5 - Record Keeping: Maintain accurate training records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. 6 โ Team Management: Assigning task to team members and ensure that work is completed within the mentioned time. 7 โ Accountability: Inform stakeholders about the delay with the schedule and look for ways to fix it for future batches. 8 โ Vendor Management: Connect with partners, share the requirement and take it forward to closure. 9 โ Quick Response: Ensure all concerned raised by leaners, partners and addressed on a timely manner. B - Qualifications : Education: Graduate from any field / Stream 1 - Experience: Proven experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role, with a strong understanding of instructional design and training methodologies. 2 - Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Ability to analyze data and assess training effectiveness.
