Job Description

As an experienced trainer/facilitator, you will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive 2-day training program for a banking client on writing effective Business Requirement Documents (BRD). Your expertise in documenting detailed business requirements, including specifications and change requests for internal IT product development will be crucial for this role. Key Requirements: - Deliver engaging and informative sessions on the structure, components, and best practices for creating BRDs. - Explain how to capture business needs, stakeholder inputs, and technical requirements effectively. - Provide hands-on exercises to develop and refine business requirements, focusing on accuracy, clarity, and alignment with organizational goals. - Train participants on handling change requests and managing requirement updates throughout the development lifecycle. - Offer real-world examples and address common pitfalls in BRD documentation. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of IT product development, and relevant experience in the banking industry. Location: Bengaluru.
