Type: Full-time (consultant possible)

Field-intensive Base: Pune (preferable) with travel across MH/KA/TN

Reports to: Project Manager (EV Awareness)

Role

Facilitate engaging 90-minute EV awareness sessions with drivers, mechanics, fleet owners/operators, and fuel-pump stakeholders; run “Chai Pe Charcha” round-tables & games; capture surveys; document and report each event.

Key Responsibilities

● Deliver cohort-wise sessions; debunk myths; compare ICE vs EV using posters and TCO tools.

● Lead round-tables; run EV-themed games (e.g., Snakes & Ladders) for driver/mechanic groups.

● Mobilize hubs with unions/yard managers; handle permissions & safety.

● Set up standees/AV/survey desks; maintain crowd flow & safe-space norms.

● Colect attendance/consent; run digital surveys; capture photos/videos; file quick summaries.

● Share data/media on Drive/WhatsApp; folow checklists & timelines.

Profile

● Bachelor’s in Social Work/Dev Studies/Comms/Automotive (or equivalent).

● 2–5 yrs field facilitation with community/industry stakeholders; EV/logistics exposure is a plus.

● Marathi/Hindi required; Kannada/Tamil preferred.

● Google Forms/Sheets, consent & photo/video etiquette, basic geotagging.

● Strong stakeholder engagement; logistics & on-site safety awareness.

Work Conditions

● Session duration: 90 minutes per session.

● Frequent travel to hubs (Pune, Aurangabad, Nashik, Kolhapur; Hubbali-Dharwad, Belagavi; Namakkal, Sankari/Sangagiri).

● Flexible hours aligned to transport-yard timings.

KPIs

● Events vs plan; 30+ owners/operators per owner/operator event.

● Participant satisfaction & inclusive facilitation.

● Clean, timely data & reports; complete photo/video documentation.

Tools (on-site)

Standees, posters, AV/projector, survey devices, game kits, giveaways, first-aid, water, phone/camera.

Compensation Salary: as per experience; travel & field expenses reimbursed as per policy.

Engagement: Full-time (3-month probation) or consultancy.
