Trainee Research & Development

Sanyog Pharma is focused on the research and development of API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients), drug intermediates, and fine chemicals. Our manufacturing unit is located in Pithampur (Indore - M.P) and our R&D lab is situated in Trivandrum (Kerala). We are currently seeking Trainee Researchers to join our R&D team. This role involves the innovation of new API and Intermediates, making it a challenging and rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about pursuing a career in hardcore research. The job location for this position is Pithampur (Indore - M.P.) and Trivandrum (Kerala). The initial mandatory training period of 3-4 months will be conducted in Pithampur, requiring candidates to relocate to this location. The offered package for this role ranges from 1.80 to 2.20 LPA as net take-home salary. Interested candidates who meet the requirements are encouraged to share their CV with us at hr@sanyogpharma.com. **Job Responsibilities:** - Conducting thorough literature surveys. - Selecting ROS (route of synthesis) for a given molecule. - Performing routine chemical reactions in the lab to improve and develop chemical processes, as well as optimize them. - Planning and executing all laboratory experiments (synthesis) following SOPs. - Engaging in multi-step synthesis, purification, and structural elucidation of organic compounds. - Profiling reactions, processes, and impurity fate mapping through spiking & purging process robustness studies, generation of solubility curves, developing controlled crystallization, isolation & drying. - Developing processes, scaling up, and transferring technology. - Synthesizing API & Intermediates. - Preparing and qualifying impurities. - Generating materials up to Kilo scale. - Conducting Flash Chromatography. - Preparing SAR (Structure-Activity Relationship) reports. - Performing patent searches. - Addressing regulatory queries effectively. **Qualifications:** - M.Sc in Organic Chemistry/ Pharmaceutical Chemistry/ Industrial Chemistry / General Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry/ Polymer Chemistry/Applied Chemistry with a strong foundation in Organic Chemistry & Organic Synthesis and excellent literature access ability.,
