Trainee -Procurement

HiLITE Group is hiring a procurement trainee for our purchase department with minimum 0 to 1 years of Experience .
The Procurement Trainee is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring goods, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the organization's operations.IMMEDIATE HIRING

Key roles:

• Assist in Sourcing and Supplier Management.
• Support Procurement Process.
• Negotiation and Contract Management.
• Budget and Cost Management.
• Compliance and Documentation.
• Conduct basic market research, track material availability, and assist in preparing procurement reports.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or any related field.
• Experience: 0-1 years of procurement experience (construction industry experience preferred).
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in procurement software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of contract law and supply chain principles.
