Trainee Officer, Manufacturing Injectables

You will be responsible for preparing new Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and revising existing ones to ensure user-friendly BMRs for efficient execution. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating change controls associated with BMRs and other documents related to various Quality Management System (QMS) elements such as MBMR Rationale and Investigations. Your role will involve completing QMS elements within specified timelines and imparting training to production personnel on routine operations in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). It is essential to achieve short-term and long-term objectives established by the Head of Department (H.O.D) while upholding GMP standards and compliance throughout the manufacturing process. Adherence to SOPs to minimize deviations is crucial.
