You are invited to join our team as a Voice Process Executive Trainee in Noida. You will be responsible for assisting in daily operations, conducting online research, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in daily operations and project-related tasks, conducting online research, and contacting service providers in the US for necessary details. You will also learn and apply industry-specific skills under supervision and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent verbal communication skills, be willing to work night shifts, and either reside in or be willing to relocate to the hiring zones. Additionally, you should be open to signing a one-year employment bond. During the probation period, you will receive a gross salary of 22,000 (17,000 in hand), which will increase to 25,000 post-probation.
