Trainee Engineer - Steel Structure Design Team

About the Role: Infiniti Solutions is inviting applications from dynamic Mechanical and Civil Engineers for a Trainee Engineer position. The selected candidates will undergo 6 months of structured training in Design , Detailing , and Market Research related to Steel Structure Solutions . Post successful completion of the training, candidates will be absorbed into permanent roles based on their aptitude and performance. Key Responsibilities (KRA): During the training period, Trainee Engineers will work across three key areas: Department Design - Assist in preparing structural designs and calculations for steel structures. - Work with design software like MBS , STadd and Etab . - Collaborate with senior design engineers on live projects. Detailing - Prepare detailed shop drawings using CAD tools. - Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. - Assist in building a library for standard components like canopies, ridge monitors, and vents. Market Research - Conduct research on the latest market trends in steel structures. - Assist in preparing marketing content for product and service offerings. - Identify new potential clients and industries. Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience Skills Required: Strong interest in Structural Design and Steel Structures Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office Good communication and analytical skills Eagerness to learn and contribute to projects Training Program Details: Duration: 6 Months Stipend: 15,000 per month during the training period Post-Training CTC: 25,000 per month Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will be placed in suitable roles within the Design , Detailing , or Market Research departments based on their performance and skillset.
