Responsibilities: May include but are not limited to
-Reviewing all incoming letters of credit, including L/C drafts, for compliance and financial
assessment to mitigate potential risks, especially related to confirmation, reimbursements and financial ratings.
-Co-ordination with overseas offices and banking team to ensure that risk mitigation policies are
complied with and corrective actions are taken on an immediate basis or red-flags raised in a timely manner.
-Knowledge of Pre and Post shipment documentation
-Experience in scrutinizing of LC, BL and third party certificates.
-Preparation and checking of Final Documents.
-Coordinating with Freight Forwarders, Shipping line, Inspection agencies etc. located
worldwide.
-Updating status in SAP/GTS/MIS
