Trainee Detailers

Position Details:

Position Title:
Trainee Detailer
Department:
Detailing/Production Unit

As a Trainee Detailer, the selected candidate will undergo structured training aligned with the production units schedule. Upon successful completion of the training program, the employee will be assigned two sample projects designed to enhance conceptual skills and application of knowledge.

During this phase, the trainee is expected to:

Acquire additional skills in AutoCAD Drafting
Improve drafting speed and accuracy through continuous practice
Gain comprehensive knowledge of detailing and drafting procedures

Job Requirements:

Qualification:
Diploma in Civil, OR ITI Civil Draftsman
Additional Skills:
AutoCAD 2000 certification (First Division)
Experience:
01 year in drafting (preferred)

Expected Outcomes:

Strong understanding of the production process
Familiarity with IDES drafting standards
Ability to independently draft structural and notational sheets
