Trainee Assistant

You will be part of a hybrid internship at MMATRICS Pharmaceuticals, involving 7 on-field visits per month, with travel expenses covered by the company. On on-field days, you will accompany the Regional Manager to doctor/clinic visits and assist in progress follow-ups. While on other working days, you will work from home (Mon-Sat), making calls, coordinating with other interns, and brainstorming strategies. The working hours for both on-field and WFH days are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. - Possess good communication skills in English and Hindi - Professional and smart presence - Well-presented, confident, eager to learn, open-minded - Enjoy teamwork and seek experience in client-facing environments MMATRICS Pharmaceuticals offers a fixed stipend of 6,000/month, exposure to pharmaceutical marketing and field operations, a flexible hybrid role with limited field visits, mentorship, and direct learning opportunities with senior management.
