Role - Sr. Manager-Trailer Maintenance - Rotational Shift Department: Self-Trucking Maintenance Area of Operations PAN India Location : Hoskote_GW, Bangalore. Mandatory - B. Tech with 8 to 10 years / Engineering Diploma with 15 years of experience in Commercial vehicles /Air suspension Long haul trailers. Primary Responsibilities:- Leading the team of Air Suspension Trailers Inspection Upkeep of Trailers In coordination with AMC providers. Reviewing Trailer inspection teams on daily basis Updating the Trailer damages / missing items of vendor connected trailers Consolidating vendor recovery details and submitting monthly report to HQ Coordinating OEM for trailer accident repairs quick TAT Planning Consumables for Trailers in consultation with OEMs Report Trailer damages made by Vendor fleet Organize periodical review meeting with OEMs Maintain reconditioned floats for cost effective maintenance solutions. Maintain data bank for reconditioned parts of trailers. Minimize enroot Breakdowns by improvising quality checks for trailers at all levels. Train the Trailer staff in coordination with OEMs / Axle manufacturers Secondary Responsibilities: - Identify Cost effective solutions to manage trailer maintenance cost Develop resources for in house minor repairs Maintain data bank for salvage items to recondition serviceable items
