About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Monitor daily dispatch schedules and track vehicle movement in real-time 2. Coordinate with drivers for timely pickups, deliveries, and updates 3. Liaise with customers to share ETAs, delays, and resolve operational issues 4. Maintain logs and records of trips, delays, and route deviations 5. Ensure compliance with all traffic and transport regulations in the UAE 6. Update internal systems with trip and status details 7. Coordinate with fleet, customer service, and operations team for seamless execution 8. Identify and escalate delays, shortages, or breakdowns promptly Requirements: 1. 1-3 years of experience in traffic control, logistics coordination, or fleet operations (experience with UAE/GCC logistics is a plus) 2. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus) 3. Good knowledge of Google Sheets, WhatsApp, GPS tracking tools, and basic TMS systems 4. Ability to work in shifts aligned with UAE business hours 5. Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills 6.
