Arrange return loads within 4-6 hours of vehicle reporting waiting. Responsible to sale (70%) vehicle full space / full truck load (FTL) essentially own vehicles and (30%) operations to get the customers requirements operationalize Bills and Collections Coordinate and manage return load operations to ensure timely and efficient backhauling. Maintain effective communication with drivers and ensure all return loads are secured promptly. Develop and maintain a strong network of brokers to facilitate return load arrangements. Gather and analyze market information on rates and materials to optimize load planning. Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders in the local market.
