Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition efforts and build relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) and self-trading clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the Forex/CFD industry, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to leverage social media platforms to attract and retain clients. Key Responsibilities : Client Acquisition : Drive sales by identifying and onboarding new IB and self-trading clients.  Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing IBs and clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Market Analysis : Stay updated on Forex/CFD market trends and client needs to develop tailored solutions. Social Media Engagement : Actively engage and promote the company on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to increase visibility and client interaction. Multilingual Communication : Effectively communicate with a diverse client base; knowledge of an additional language (English) is a significant advantage. Collaborative Strategy Development : Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop innovative strategies for growth and market penetration. Requirements : - Proven experience in Forex/CFD brokerage, preferably in a similar business development or sales role. - Strong understanding of Forex/CFD trading products and services. - Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken. - Active presence and proficiency in using social media for business purposes (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). - Fluency in additional languages is highly desirable. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. - Excellent negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Business Growth Develop and execute a global business development strategy to expand TradingPro’s partner network and client base. Identify and target high-potential markets, including emerging regions with strong Forex/CFD demand. Analyse competitor offerings, market trends, and regulatory landscapes to position TradingPro effectively. Expand the company’s presence in key markets by targeting retail traders , institutional clients, and affiliates. 2. Partner & Client Acquisition Prospect, negotiate, and onboard Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, Self-Trading Clients, Money Managers, and B2B partners. Conduct presentations, webinars, and meetings to promote the company’s products and services. Actively engage on social media and promote the company across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn to increase visibility and enhance client interaction . Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing or new IBs and clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Represent TradingPro at industry events, conferences, and webinars to enhance brand visibility. Identify and develop new business opportunities, including partnerships, B2B collaborations, and IB (Introducing Broker) networks. 3. Revenue Optimization Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets (KPIs) , including new client acquisition, existing account growth, trading volume, and net deposits. Monitor partner performance, ensuring compliance and maximizing profitability. Negotiate and close business deals with potential partners and key stakeholders. Work closely with the sales team to drive lead conversion and increase trading volumes. Develop strategies, promotional campaigns, and incentive structures to attract and retain partners. 4. Strategic Planning & Reporting Monitor key business metrics, sales performance, and market penetration strategies. Provide regular reports and updates to the Head of Business Development on business development activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that support sales objectives. Required Skills & Experience: 2+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Partnership Management within Forex/CFD brokerage or fintech. Proven success in acquiring and managing IBs, affiliates, and institutional clients. Strong knowledge of Forex trading platforms (MT4/MT5, cTrader), liquidity solutions, and brokerage economics. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills (fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus). Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and industry events. Excellent leadership, networking, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
