Job Title: HR Executive Location: Gurugram ( Work from Office ) Department: Human Resources Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Executive to support daily human resources operations, employee engagement activities, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee coordination, onboarding, HR documentation, and maintaining accurate records while fostering a positive and compliant workplace environment. Key Responsibilities: Attendance & Leave Management: Maintain attendance sheets from HROne for all assigned teams (e.g., 105, 107) and manage Excel records. Coordinate with team leaders for leave approvals and maintain a daily leave tracker. Onboarding & Documentation: Manage the onboarding process in HROne including employee code generation, invitation, and shift assignment. Collect and share employee details (Bank details, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card) with the Accounts team for payroll. Maintain and follow up on personnel files to ensure completion of all documents. HR Compliance & Records: Maintain early checkout and warning stack updates (COC, PIP, DS advisory). Manage and distribute MTM (Medical Termination Monitoring) sheets on expiry days. Floor Operations: Monitor and manage floor check-ins and check-outs. Oversee the submission and safekeeping of employees phones during working hours.
