Role Description We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to serve as the primary owner of our digital ecosystem. This unique role combines the creative engagement of social media management with the technical and strategic focus of web strategy. You will be responsible for building our brand community, driving qualified traffic to our website, and optimizing the user journey to achieve our business goals. The ideal candidate is a one-person marketing engine: a storyteller, a community manager, and an analytical problem-solver. Key Responsibilities 1. Content Strategy, Planning & Analysis Develop and manage an integrated content calendar that synchronizes social media campaigns with website content and blog publication. Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, audience interests, and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities. Analyze performance metrics from social media platforms and Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, user behavior, and ROI. Prepare and present regular performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations. 2. Social Media Management & Community Engagement Create, schedule, and publish engaging, platform-specific content (including copy, graphics, and video) across all relevant channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok). Script and storyboard compelling short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok). Actively manage and grow our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, professional manner. Monitor social trends and conversations for real-time engagement opportunities. 3. Website Management & Optimization (Webmaster Duties) Manage, update, and maintain our website using our Content Management System (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify). Execute all aspects of On-Page SEO, including keyword research, meta tag optimization, header tag structure, and internal linking. Conduct technical SEO audits to monitor and improve site health, focusing on site speed, mobile responsiveness, and indexation. Implement Social Media Optimization (SMO) by ensuring proper Open Graph tags and social sharing functionality are in place. 4. Team & Project Management Brief, manage, and collaborate with freelance designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce high-quality assets. Effectively manage the digital marketing content budget for asset creation and tools. Qualifications Team management Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) Strong Communication and Writing skills Experience in developing Content Strategies Knowledge of web management and digital marketing Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related field Experience in a similar role is preferable
