Your responsibilities will include reviewing job descriptions, understanding client requirements, and executing a targeted search plan. Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job portals and our internal database will be a key part of your role. You will be expected to conduct telephonic interviews to assess relevant experience, knowledge, and skills, and submit candidate resumes to hiring managers for further consideration. Ensuring timely communication with candidates and providing updates on their candidature will also be important. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive MIS reports. The ideal candidate for this position will have 1-3 years of experience in recruitment. The salary for this role is negotiable.
