Position: Trademark Associate
Location: Bangalore (Work from Home option available)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Trademark domain
Joining: Immediate / within 15 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling end-to-end trademark filing, prosecution, oppositions, and renewals.
• Conducting trademark searches and preparing search reports.
• Drafting legal documents, notices, and responses to trademark objections.
• Coordinating with clients and providing updates on trademark status.
• Maintaining trademark records and ensuring timely renewals.
• Liaising with external counsels, government authorities, and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting litigation and enforcement activities, if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Law (LLB/LLM preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Trademark matters.
• Strong understanding of Indian trademark laws and procedures.
• Good drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficient with MS Office and legal database tools.
