As a Sales Executive in our company, your primary responsibilities will include generating requirements from existing actual users, closing orders with purchase and procurement personnel, managing distributors to achieve sales and collection targets, developing new business opportunities, implementing effective marketing strategies, and delivering profitable growth. You will be expected to possess key skills such as knowledge of basic analytical and life science techniques, handling customer queries to secure orders, utilizing product knowledge to generate demand, managing key accounts, negotiating effectively, and handling trade relationships. Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to working with products related to quality control labs in the pharma industry and research & educational labs, such as lab chemicals, glassware, microbiology media, reagents, chromatography products, and filtration products. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work location is in Kolkata, West Bengal, and reliable commuting or planning to relocate before starting work is preferred. Ideal candidates for this role should have at least 2 years of experience in pharma or healthcare sales, with an additional year of experience in life science product sales.
