Lead the design, material selection, and technical development of new footwear lines. Oversee prototyping, fit testing, and performance validation to ensure top-notch comfort, style, and durability. Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure seamless handover from design to manufacturing. Monitor competitor products and emerging global trends to stay ahead of the curve. Identify and test innovative materials, techniques, and technologies that can differentiate our products in the market.
