The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination of transportation, warehousing, and customer service activities while maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Branch Operations Management: Supervise and manage all logistics activities including inbound/outbound shipments, last-mile delivery, and reverse logistics. Ensure timely dispatches and deliveries as per client SLAs. Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and motivate branch staff including drivers, warehouse personnel, and support teams. Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, Finance) for seamless operations. Client Relationship & Service Quality: Act as the primary point of contact for clients at the branch level. Resolve operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Inventory & Warehouse Oversight: Monitor stock levels, warehouse hygiene, and inventory accuracy. Implement best practices in storage, packaging, and handling. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations. Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and operational reports. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs such as delivery timelines, cost efficiency, and service quality. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management review. 📌 Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 3–5 years of experience in logistics operations or branch management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software (ERP/WMS/TMS).
