TPM - Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager at GlobalLogic, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing projects related to developing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules for industries like automotive, healthcare, and logistics. Your responsibilities will include: - Working with stakeholders/clients to understand system requirements and define the Product Vision. - Managing full project management life cycle for implementing complex IT and business initiatives. - Providing leadership in deploying software upgrades, enhancements, and fixes based on release schedules. - Creating software development plans using state-of-the-art technologies to meet future stakeholder/client needs. - Coordinating release and sprint planning, conducting daily scrum meetings, and resolving technical and human resources issues. - Coaching, motivating, and leading team members to achieve optimum performance levels and career development. Additionally, you will be expected to have hands-on experience in developing applications using Java and Javascript technologies. Your interpersonal skills should include being self-motivated, results-oriented, well-organized, with good communication and reporting abilities to successfully work under tight project deadlines.
