TPF Developer

The TPF Developer position is a Full-Time role based in Greater Noida, requiring 5 to 8 years of experience. As a TPF Developer, you will have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on programming experience in TPF and a total of 5 years of technical experience. Your responsibilities will include coding, testing, and building software in alignment with requirements and acceptance criteria. You are expected to conduct meaningful unit testing and maintain code quality throughout the development process. In this role, you will collaborate with the team to prioritize user stories, support the Technical Product Manager in gathering requirements for each release, and actively participate in scrum ceremonies and release planning meetings. It is essential to update your progress in Rally daily, work towards enhancing technical practices within the team, and provide implementation and on-call support post-release. Your tasks will involve designing, coding, debugging, and testing software components, as well as troubleshooting issues in both test and production environments. You will work closely with other development teams to deliver new capabilities, enhance application stability and performance, and ensure the translation of business requirements into technical implementation details. To excel in this role, you should have expertise in Assembler, TPFC, and programming languages, as well as proficiency in development and CI tools. A solid understanding of mainframe and TPF environments is crucial for success in this position.
