The role involves overseeing and implementing health, safety, and environmental compliance programs to ensure the workplace meets legal and organizational standards. Key responsibilities include conducting occupational health and safety assessments, leading accident investigations, developing preventative measures, and coordinating training sessions for employees to promote a safe and sustainable work environment. Qualifications Strong foundational knowledge in Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), Health & Safety, and Occupational Health practices. Experience in accident investigation and the ability to analyze incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Competence in coordinating and delivering training programs focused on safety and environmental awareness. Strong organizational and communication skills to develop policies and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively. Working knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in health, safety, and environmental domains. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications in health and safety management or EHS are a plus.
