Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations as a Factory Manager at our leading toy manufacturing company located in Mankoli, Bhiwandi. Your role will involve ensuring efficiency in inventory management, order dispatch, and labor supervision to maintain high standards and achieve production goals. Key Responsibilities: - Inventory Management: - Monitor and maintain stock levels of raw materials and finished goods. - Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy. - Coordinate with the procurement team to reorder materials when needed. - Labor Supervision: - Lead, train, and motivate the labor workforce to achieve production goals. - Resolve labor-related concerns and maintain a positive work environment. - Ensure adherence to workplace safety and company policies. - Data and Reporting: - Maintain records of production, inventory, and dispatch activities using Excel. - Prepare reports to track efficiency, costs, and performance. - General Management: - Ensure smooth factory operations by maintaining high standards of punctuality and honesty. - Proactively address operational challenges and find effective solutions. - Collaborate with the management team to implement process improvements. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in factory management or a similar role. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel. - Ability to lead and handle labor effectively. - High levels of punctuality, honesty, and reliability. - Familiarity with toy manufacturing processes is preferred but not mandatory.
