The successful candidate for the Full-Time Tours And Travels role in Dharwad, Karnataka, India will be responsible for assisting in arranging travel itineraries, booking accommodations and transportation, and providing excellent service to clients. Freshers with less than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply. You should possess excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, along with attention to detail and the ability to multitask. You should be able to work well both in a team and individually, and have a customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills. Knowledge of travel booking systems and software is considered a plus. Your roles and responsibilities will include assisting in planning and organizing travel itineraries for clients, booking flights, accommodations, and transportation arrangements, providing excellent customer service, ensuring compliance with travel policies and procedures, handling travel-related documentation and paperwork, coordinating with travel suppliers and vendors, managing client reservations and changes, staying up-to-date with travel trends and destinations, handling any travel-related issues or emergencies, and maintaining accurate records of travel bookings and expenses.,
