Role Overview: As a Tour Package Operations Executive, your main objective will be to understand and develop tour packages according to the clients" needs. This will involve conducting thorough research and creating customised tour packages aligned with the clients" preferences. Key Responsibilities: - Create customised tour packages tailored to individual client requirements. - Conduct back-end research on various aspects including destinations, hotels, attractions, and transportation. - Understand client preferences and requirements to ensure the packages meet their expectations. - Handle client queries efficiently and provide timely resolutions. - Make hotel and other reservations by coordinating with suppliers to secure the best possible rates. - Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to enhance the company's offerings and services continually. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in tour package operations or a related field would be beneficial. - Strong research skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Knowledge of different travel destinations and industry trends.
