The ideal candidate should have excellent command over Hindi, English, and Telugu and be well-versed in MS Excel, Word drafting, and report preparation. Persons who wants to work in spirutial organisation should apply Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, records, and documentation. Draft official letters, circulars, and other HR communications. Coordinate with employees and management on HR-related queries. Support recruitment, onboarding, and attendance management activities. Maintain confidentiality of HR data and ensure accuracy in reporting. Required Qualifications & Skills: MBA (HR) / MHRM graduate. Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Telugu (verbal & written). Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word. Work will be on ERP Good drafting and report-making skills. Strong organizational ability and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
