Job Title: Healthcare Recruitment Consultant Location: Lucknow Salary: Best in industry + Incentives Job Type: Full Time (Mon- Fri) Client: Total Assist Group About the role We are looking for a driven and experienced Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and successfully placing skilled healthcare professionals — including doctors, healthcare assistants, and allied health staff — across both NHS and private healthcare organisations throughout the UK. Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process , from candidate sourcing and screening to placement and post-placement support. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure ongoing satisfaction and trust. Assess client requirements and provide customised recruitment solutions aligned with their specific staffing needs. Source candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media platforms, internal databases, and professional networks. Conduct thorough interviews, compliance checks, and reference verifications to ensure suitability and quality. Maintain adherence to all regulatory and framework standards (including CQC and NHS compliance ). Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs. Requirements Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting skills Bachelor's degree Proven experience in healthcare recruitment (NHS or private sector preferred). Knowledge of UK healthcare compliance standards and recruitment frameworks is a plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
