About the Role: The role holder is responsible for managing the product lifecycle, aligning capabilities with business strategy, fostering stakeholder communication, innovating user experiences, creating innovative solutions to address challenges and opportunities in the Shared Mobility space, and ensuring timely and successful product launches. Roles Responsibilities: Product Lifecycle Management and Strategy Development: 1.Independently manage the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business strategy and user needs. 2.Innovate user and product journeys to enhance acquisition, engagement, and revenue streams. 3.Collaborate with stakeholders to implement approved initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment. Financial Analysis and Resource Allocation 1.Contribute to developing detailed business cases, financial analyses, and risk assessments for proposed projects. 2.Assist in efficient resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization within project portfolios. 3. Manage and drive the profitability (PL) of digital products and business lines. User-Centric Design and Stakeholder Communication 1.Refine user requirements and collaborate with UX/UI designers for intuitive interfaces and enhanced customer satisfaction. 2.Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving issues proactively. Project Management and Implementation 1.Foster Agile methodologies within the product development lifecycle, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness. 2.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyse system impacts, and prioritize backlogs for seamless implementation Problem Identification and Market Development 1.Assist in identifying business problems, conducting market research, and exploring smart mobility options. 2.Analyze data inputs to derive potential product solutions, aligning with identified market needs. Technology Integration and System Optimization: 1.Collaborate with technology teams to analyse system impacts and ensure seamless integration of technology solutions. 2.Contribute to the optimization of digital systems, facilitating upgrades and expansions as required. Qualifications - BE / B Tech, Or Bachelors (any field)+ MBA (preferred)

Handling shift operations in HPDC area. (Team size - 20 operators). Successful SOP of new plant HPDC machines and scaling up operations. Troubleshooting, First time ok after die change, Set up change. Operational knowledge of Fanuc robots and Toshiba Machines. Know how of 4W products in High Pressure Die Casting- Toshiba Machines. New component parameter setting and robot program making. Train new operators on machine operations as per WIS. Train for die change. Achieve shift area target wrt Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Suggestions. Supporting training of new trainee supervisors. Knowledge of Fanuc Robot systems and Toshiba/ Ube machines. Maintain Floor Control, 1S /2S in shop. Note and resolve operator concerns on time. EOT operation and Die loading as per production plan Job Responsibilities Understanding and implementing HPDC area running as per shift plan. Achieve HPDC area shift output targets wrt Rejection %, SPH, OEE, Suggestions. Monitor and maintain attendance of team members. Motivate team to give suggestions and ensure implementation of the same. Train new operators as per WIS. Support in developing new trainee supervisors. Ensure shift safety adherence wrt PPE, KYT. Reporting near misses. Resolving or reporting operator concerns timely. Multiskilling as per plan. Area floor control and 1S /2S adherence. Understanding and adhering to 5S, 3G, 3K, HP-REN-SO principles. Participate in 5 Why analysis, PDCA, 7 QC Tools, Cost saving suggestions. Functional/Technical Sound knowledge of High pressure die casting process (Ube/ Toshiba Make preferred) Hands on experience in effectively handling die changes, trouble shooting. Ability to understand process flows and reduce defects by corrections. Work experience in 4W Die Casting product and process control. Expertise in Casting Process and Rejection Control. Hands on experience in trouble shooting of Robotic / automated lines. Crane operation authorised and able to do die change independantly Behavioral Target orientation Good analytical skills Excellent Communication presentation skills Flexibility Team player Networking skills
