Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic QA Automation professional with strong expertise in TOSCA with SAP to lead and manage automation testing initiatives across complex enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should also possess working knowledge of other key automation tools as well like Selenium/Playwright etc. This role demands strong client-facing abilities, delivery management experience, and a proven track record in leading high-performance QA teams. Lead end-to-end test automation strategy, planning, and execution primarily using TOSCA for SAP landscapes. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication, stakeholder management, and expectation alignment. Drive delivery excellence by ensuring quality standards, timelines, and customer satisfaction. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to a cross-functional team of automation testers. Collaborate with development, business, and infrastructure teams to ensure test coverage and alignment with business goals. Own and manage resource planning, effort estimation, and risk mitigation for assigned projects. Ensure adoption of best practices in automation, CI/CD integration, and test data management . Preferred candidate profile
