This is the worst service providers in the Country. I don't know what's the issue. Half pf the time there's no electricity in the city, we pay bills to utilize the service but here at Torrent power, they are utterly useless.

Lots of power cuts. Almost 6 hours daily. Reason for power cut given as maintenance. Although they are doing load shedding without any information.

Torrent power has very bad customer service. I recommend that you improve your service. if you are not able to handle customer problems then shutdown your business.

Very pathetic service is given by this torrent power. The electricity goes very often which was never happening during the service of msedcl. There is frequnty power cut issue we are facing. If u people can't give service why do u take the contract. Very very bad service

The Worst Power Company ever seen. They are not capable of supplying 24*7 power supply. Frequent Power Cuts, no proper response if called, no professionalism. They just need to give up this business instead of harressing and Torturing people.

Assum that you work whole day so hard and taking rest at night and then power cuts just think. Torrent not even recive calls so bad service hate

Very bad and poor customer service. Every time we have a power cut there is no prior information and during the period nobody answers the tel lines to give any information, you are left on your own to sweat it out.
