It was a great experience I went there for name change application and it was a very smooth process. The staff was very cooperative. It took me just 10 min to complete the whole process. FYI the cost of name change application is 2200 Rs.

The services are improving day by day and they are making any process hassle free from bill payment to increase voltage or register any complaint. The infrastructure of office has also been improved.

Pathetic service. Rudely staff behavior. Not able to justify how they give ridiculous answers to clients. We are paying torrent bills n they don't treat us nicely. From 2-3 months only running to name change in bill. Suggesting whoever faces problems like me never trust these guys!! Horrible experience
