I m really missing MNGL. Torrent pathetic billing cycle, that screwed up my credit card auto pay cycle. These guys are very efficient in charging late fees w/o any intimation. I m approaching National consumer helpline. Can't bear this Hippocracy.

I have made full payment for gas connection at Kalashree building B flat 608 on 18.09.23, still no one turn up for installation. Very bad service. No reply to mails even.

They have monopoly here so we have no other choice

Very poor service no timely update after payment. Some says new connection will take place in 5 days and some says will take place in 7 days.
