Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Mechanical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of automation projects within the automotive and manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, manufacturing processes, and project management, with a proven ability to oversee the design, development, and production of tools, fixtures, and dies. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and schedules. Facilitate regular communication among stakeholders and provide timely project updates and reports. Lead end-to-end execution of automation projects, with a focus on mechanical integration Manage outsourced fabrication vendors for timely delivery of fixtures, structures, and mechanical components Monitor manufacturing stagescutting, machining, welding, surface treatment, and assemblyto ensure quality and timelines Evaluate and manage quality standards across all stages of mechanical manufacturing and assembly Oversee skilled installation personnel for assembly, alignment, and commissioning activities Conduct site surveys to assess layout constraints, readiness, and installation feasibility Validate BIW tooling, fixture alignment, and part geometry to ensure dimensional accuracy and process readiness Monitor and optimize project resourcesincluding cost, manpower allocation, and timeline adherence Resolve technical and operational challenges during installation and commissioning Maintain documentation including installation checklists, progress reports, and closure records Provide regular updates to leadership and clients on project status, risks, and milestones Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Experience: Proven experience in project management within the automotive or manufacturing industry, specifically in tooling, fixtures, or related areas. Skills: Strong understanding of BIW processes, fixture design, and tooling manufacturing. Excellent problem-solving, mechanical aptitude, and analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results within defined timelines. Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively.

Role Summary As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships, and positioning Torques full-spectrum automation offerings. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs across BIW and Non-BIW applications. Key Responsibilities • Achieve assigned Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and sales targets for the region. • Manage and forecast the sales pipeline with accuracy across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. • Deliver compelling technical presentations and solution proposals for BIW and Non-BIW automation projects. • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, consultants, contractors, and end-users. • Collaborate with engineering, design, and project teams to scope and price solutions. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. • Negotiate contracts and close deals with a consultative, value-based approach. • Maintain CRM records and provide timely sales reports and forecasts. • Represent the company at industry events, expos, and client meetings. Qualifications 3–6 years of experience in industrial automation sales (robotics preferred). • Strong understanding of BIW processes, robotic integration, and automation workflows. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Techno-commercial mindset with ability to translate technical solutions into business value. • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits. Experience with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers in automotive or manufacturing. Marathi language proficiency preferred for Pune location. Must own a personal vehicle for local travel to client sites and meetings.
