Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team, focusing on the promotion and sales of ECG devices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product sales, executing marketing campaigns, building customer relationships, and expanding the reach of our ECG devices in the healthcare market. You will work closely with the product development team, sales team, and external partners to ensure the success of the brand and product line. Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: o Develop and execute effective sales strategies for ECG devices, targeting hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, and medical distributors. o Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers within medical institutions, health organizations, and potential resellers. Sales Presentations and Demos: o Conduct product presentations, demos, and product training sessions for customers to showcase the features and benefits of devices. o Address customer needs and inquiries, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Lead Generation and Pipeline Management: Sales Reporting and Forecasting: o Monitor sales performance and report regularly on key metrics, including sales revenue, new customer acquisition, and market share. o Forecast sales and prepare regular reports for senior management on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities. Marketing Responsibilities: Brand Strategy and Positioning: o Develop and execute marketing strategies that position ECG devices as leading solutions in the medical device market. o Define target audiences and create compelling messaging tailored to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics. Digital and Traditional Marketing:• Market Research and Competitive Analysis: o Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitive products. Required Qualifications: Education: o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare, or related fields. o Certifications in sales, marketing, or digital marketing are a plus. Experience: o Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry. o Experience with ECG devices or related medical technologies is an advantage. o Strong background in B2B sales, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales. • Skills and Abilities: o Excellent communication and presentation skills. o Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners. o Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms). o Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns. o Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
