Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to manage billing operations, generate invoices, maintain financial records, and ensure accuracy in transactions. The ideal candidate should have good numerical skills, knowledge of billing software, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers. Verify and cross-check billing data with purchase orders, sales, and delivery records. Handle customer queries related to bills, payments, and discrepancies. Maintain and update billing records in the system. Coordinate with accounts, sales, and operations teams for smooth workflow. Ensure timely collection and follow-up on pending payments. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly billing and collection reports. Requirements: Qualification: Graduate in Commerce/Finance or equivalent. Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred). Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
